Refund & Returns

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, you will need the. receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your
order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. Our team will evaluate the issue and handle the request accordingly.

Refund Process

No refunds will be issued for any physical product purchased from our site. To request a replacement for a defective product ordered, contact us upon receipt of your product. Submit proof of purchase and a picture of the product, explaining the reason for the request for replacement. Once we receive your defected product, we will fulfill your replacement order within 10 business days if the order qualifies for replacement.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of the information in accordance with this policy. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the delicate nature of our products, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Consultation Fee

Please note that the initial consultation fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on physical products.

Refund & Returns

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment in full for our spiritual coaching sessions. The initial consultation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your paid services within the 24-hour window, you must submit your request in writing to tru@truawakenings.com.

Refund Process

To request a refund for services, please contact us within 24 hours of your booking confirmation. Provide details of your booking and the reason for cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and will be issued using the original payment method.

Types of Information We Collect

No Refunds will be granted for completed sessions. Once a coaching session has been conducted, regardless of the outcome or satisfaction level, no refunds will be issued for completed services.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request for a new appointment time.

To cancel and reschedule your appointment, you must contact our business office at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a scheduled session within 72 hours of the schedule appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire service fee.

*If we are unable to accommodate your rescheduled appointment, you will not receive a refund for the missed session. Instead, a company credit may be provided for future use. This credit will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the original appointment date. Please note that any request to use credit must be made in accordance with our rescheduling policy and is subject to availability.

How We Use Your Information

We may use your collected data to provide and improve our Service, to allow you to use its functionalities, and to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service. Your information is also used to customize your experience and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and survey purposes and to solicit your feedback; to help us detect abuse, fraud, and illegal activity on the site; to promote the safety and security of the site, including by scanning, analyzing, and reviewing user content, messages, and associated data for violations of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other conditions and policies; and for any other purposes disclosed to you at the time we collect your information or pursuant to your consent.

Transfer of Credits

Company credits are non-transferable to other parties.
